Heavyweight School vs. Heavyweight Training Camp
Two of the most frequently asked questions are: “What is the difference between these two camps?” and “Which one is best for my son.”
Here it is in a nutshell:
The Heavyweight School is a Technique Camp for heavyweights with 3 technique sessions, a little live wrestling in the afternoons, and speeches and presentations.
Then Heavyweight Training Camp is an Intensive Camp for heavyweights and is a day longer. It has an early morning conditioning workout, 2 technique sessions, a live afternoon practice and speeches and presentations.
